Fundamental to the block management service, Towers will work with you from the stages of initial budgeting through to the year end review of costs incurred within the audited/certified accounts.
Integral to this service is the schedule of regular maintenance and inspections of facilities and systems. We strive to work with the best local contractors who have the ability to carry out “lease specific repairs” at competitive prices and to rectify any faults promptly.
Plan to Completion
Towers can be there from the planning stage of the development offer advice on the service charge structure and costings for the developer’s Sales and Marketing team. In addition we are pleased to work with developers on practical fitting and design queries. Experience gained in previous management projects allows us to advise on potential pitfalls in design which could lead to longer term problems. It is imperative to ensure a smooth transaction from development to residential block and therefore we would work closely with the site manager on completion of the project.
Senior staff involved in property management are qualified to Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) part 2. All junior property management staff are trained in-house and then begin formal training working towards IRPM part 1.
